Madi's dance class had a Mother's day tea where we got to watch the girls practice their dance and eat goodies.. She was excited to have me and grandma there watching.

How can it be, my baby turned seven. Ethan had two parties this year. One at home with some family and the other at his request at the IF Gymnastics ctr. They do everything there for you, cake, pizza, conduct etc. Ethan got lots of nice gifts and an array of Star Wars paraphernalia. For about three or so weeks he changed his name to Luke and of course Madi had to follow suit as Princess Leia.

Nice day in April

We had one nice day in April, and it just happened to be our girl's night family bbq. Me and my IF girls try to get together once a month and catch up or get away :-).. I have known these ladies pre-children, so many many moons ago.. We have had lot of good times together and memories (our late teens/twenties lol) I forgot to get a pix of our men, sorry guys..

Moab, Easter & Twilight

Cousin Jaxon had a sweet Twilight birthday party at Papa Tom's. Of course we had to come in Twilight attire.

Saturday Madi & I had a fun filled day of shopping with Grandma and Auntie Charish while Ethan & Matt played on the Lava Beds (http://tengaioblogpages.blogspot.com/2010/03/westside-aa.html) We all ended up at Red Robin for some din, yum yum.

Last weekend we took the kids to the Wolf to Woof exhibit at the Musuem. The kids had fun in the kids area playing in the old time cabin dressed as pioneers making pies and fighting off bears. For some reason I kept getting stuck chatting w/some of the "Strange" musuem volunteers. I must have looked friendly that day or had a sign on my head that said "Sucker".

90th

Sunday we went to Matt's folks to celebrate his Grandmother's 90th Birthday.

90 years, imagine the things she has seen and lived thru. Nanny Millie's 90 years of wisdom: Love one another, be kind to each other & family unity. She was so thrilled to have all the great-grand children sing happy birthday to her (minus Austin)

Madi really enjoyed her cake & ice cream, she kept putting all her fingers in her mouth to get every drop, but I was only able to capture the one.. silly girl

Basketball

Saturday was Ethan & Jaxon's last basketball game of the season. They did awesome, their coach said they were the best defense guys (no gettin past these studs)
